After sleeping in for (count ‘em) two days in a row I woke up to my alarm going off and didn’t immediately want to put a bullet in my head, nor did I think I could fall back asleep while standing in the shower. So far so good. My tongue still hurts (re: yesterdays post), still manageable. I stepped on the scale this morning and YIKES. Not where I thought I was. Must be all this eating to comfort myself when I am tired, grumpy, not getting laid, kids are bitchy, yanno all the usual traps. I must eat better, starting as soon as all the cookies are out of my house.
Even getting in the car this morning for my drive to work and feeling the belly rumble of fiber and praying for a short commute was no problem. When I got to work my usual bathroom was being cleaned, so I went to the “backup” only to find that both stalls were clogged with toilet paper. (F’n juvenile mid shift!) I could not wait any longer so I picked the lesser clogged toilet and dropped a duuuuuce! If it wasn’t already clogged it was a gonna be! So no matter the kind of day I am having I am not going to be having the same kind of day as the poor bastard who is going to have to unclog those toilets.

“Shitty” Mondays:P
I hear ya on the weight issue.
Maybe we need to start a bloggy weight loss thing.
After the cookies are gone:)
ya know, I keep looking at that picture. I miss that little baby boy more than the van. I mean I LOVE the preschooler that has replaced him, but ooooh to bury my nose in those curls….
I bow to your greatness. And I will share with you what one of Joey’s coworkers calls dropping the deuce…”releasing the hostages.” Priceless.
..and after all the leftover Halloween Candy is gone!
Nothing like a good dump in the morning to start your day though!
LMAO! I hate that ride in the car when you know it’s gonna have to happen SOON! It sends me straight off into a panic attack which only makes the gut pains worse. Oh well!
